Vernal Ponds: An Ecosystem Covered with Leaves & Cute Creatures

I’m doing an hour-long, live, online presentation about some fascinating creatures & characteristics of vernal ponds. All proceeds go to the Cape Ann Vernal Pond Team.

Have you seen a vernal pond? If you have, it probably looks like… a pond, but really, there is much more going on! From breeding to feeding grounds, this ecosystem hosts a wondrous assortment of interesting creatures such as wood frogs, spotted salamanders, and peepers. I would really appreciate it if you would support me by joining me in this presentation, they’re so interesting!
